QA Staff / QA SPV

Responsibilities:
- Develop standards and methods of inspection, sampling, testing, and evaluation of the supplies (1,2)
- Ensure the production process and output are meet with the quality standard and procedure from the company (1,2)
- Receiving inspection and testing of incoming raw material (1,2)
- Conducting Inspection for export product, ensure all product for export has comply to standard (1,2)
- Reporting to theQA/QC Manager (1,2)
- Make QA planning and evaluate the work periodically (1)
- Give training to the team to have good skill and knowledge to work well (1)
- Find the problem and give the solution for the continuous improvement (1)
- Chemical analysis testing offinished goods (2)
- Administration of quality records (ISO, works procedures, etc) (2)
- Preparation and reporting of statistical data for product quality records (2)

Requirements:
- Male, max 32 years old (1), Male/Female, max 27 years old (2)
- Bachelor (S1) in Chemical Engineering or Mathematical and Natural Sciences (MIPA) (1,2)
- Preferable have a minimal 2 year experience in the same position
- Having certificate ISO and good understanding of Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2000) will be an advantage (1,2)
- Good leadership, problem solving, initiative, analytical, management skill, Integrity, and detail-oriented person (1)
- Preferable have a minimal 3 year experience in the same position (1,2)
- Must have fluent in both oral & written English (1,2)
- Excellent communication skill, Computer proficiency, sociable, responsible, honest, independent, discipline, smarts, dynamic, high stress-tolerance, positive attitude, good teamwork, and pleasant personality (1,2)
- Candidates must domicile at East Java
